Mix warm water with salt, oil, yeast, sugar and a tablespoon of flour. Set aside for 10 minutes. Add flour until a stiff dough is formed. Let rise for one hour. Roll out dough and form 2 loaves. Place in greased bread pans. Cover with tea towels. Let rise one hour. Pre-heat oven to 350, bake for 50-55 minutes. Yummy bread!
