Preheat ur oven at 180° for 10 mins.

In a mixing bowl take bananas and curd/yogurt and icing sugar and beat it.

Then add spinach puree and blend well till smooth texture.

Then add oil mix it well.
Sift maida, suji, baking powder & soda into it. - 5
Beat it with beater or mix it by cut and fold method by adding milk. (Ck the consistency)

Add vanilla essence and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add chopped nuts. - 7
Pour batter into muffin moulds and sprinkle chopped nuts over it and bake it at 180° for 15-20 mins.

When done do ck it by inserting toothpick.
Keep it on wirewreck for 10 mins.
Decorate as per ur choice
