Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. as neededWater to knead
  3. 2 tspghee
  4. 1 tspzeera, ajwain, til seeds
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1small cup Spinach/ palak puree
  7. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl & knead a firm dough.

    Cover the dough & let it rest for atleast 30-35 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roll out the puris & fry on a medium heat until puffed up.

    Serve hot.
