Wash palak patta nicely and chop it finely. Grate paneer. Finely chop onions, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes.

Now in a kadai add oil, put jeera and let it splutter. Add garlic saute till little pink, add onion fry till little pink, add tomatoes and other masalas.Cover the lid and cook for 3/4 minutes.

Open the lid and add paneer, fry little till all masalas are nicely coated to paneer.

Add palak finally and after mixing nicely cook till 5 minutes max.

Palak Paneer bhurji is ready to serve.
