  • 2 tbsbutter
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupicing sugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder

  1. 1

    Mix salt, sugar and butter to form a consistence form.

  2. 2

    Add water and baking powder then pour into the mixture of flour

  3. 3

    Add more flour to form a dough, it should be thicker than that of fritters

  4. 4

    Then make twists then deep fry on hot cooking oil.
