Steps

Peel the potatoes, gently scoop out the insides leaving a shell all around.

Mix scooped potato flesh, salt, chat masala, finely chopped methi, green chilli make a mixture.

Fill the potato shells with the methi potato mixture.

Coat with corn flour,salt,kashmiri red chilli powder,Water mixture & deep fry until crispy.

Bring out from oil and absorb excess oil using tissue paper & keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion paste, saute for 1 min. Now add ginger garlic paste.saute till raw smell goes out. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder,kashmiri red chilli powder.cook until done

Lastly add slight water, garam masala.cook 1 min.

Add potatoes & mix well. Serve hot.
