Sift flour into a bowl,add yeast,sugar,oil and water.

Knead the mixture and round the dough.

Let it rest till it proofs to double its size.

Roll the dough

To make the pizza sauce,Fry onions then add tomatoes and partially cook the tomatoes.

Blend the mixture

Preheat the oven to 180℃

Grease the pan, then put the pizza dough on it.

Pour the sauce on the dough, then spread it to cover the pizza, add the toppings.

Apply olive oil to the edges of the pizza to brown them.

Put the pizza into the oven at 200℃ wait till brown.

Serve the pizza with a cold or chilled drink.
