Boiled the palak with 1\2tsp sugar after boil add cold water when the palak is cooled down make a smooth puree and keep aside.

Heat ghee and at first fry dry fruits.

Now saute palak puree and keep a side.

In same pan add milk.

When milk starts boiling add sugar keep stirring every few minutes.

Untill the kheer has some thickened now add some dry fruits, cardamon powder & spinash puree and milk powder.

Cook till thickened.

Switch off the flame.

Served topped with dry fruits.
