1/2 kg.Shreaded pumpkin
1 bowlSugar
1/2 cupDeshi ghee
2-3 tspDry fruits

Steps

Shread the pumpkin and add deshi ghee in frying pan.

In frying pan add shreaded pumpkin.

Roast it until it becomes golden brown (30-45 mins)

Add sugar and roast for 10 mins

Add dry fruits of your choice and serve it.

Your kaddu Ka Halwa is ready 😘😘😘.
