Take a deep pan and heat oil

Fry all vegetables one by one.

Now take another pan add 1 tablespoon oil add jeera, add bhuna masala and add all deep fry vegetables.

Nice mix all vegetables with the masala and now add amchoor powder and kitchen king masala.

Again mix well. Vegetables is ready, Serve with hot roti
