Ingredients

for cup cakes 20-25 minutes/ cake 35 minutes

1 1/2 cflour
1 cgranulated sugar
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspsalt
1/3 ccocoa powder
1/2 coil
1 cwater
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tbspvinegar

Steps

for cup cakes 20-25 minutes/ cake 35 minutes

Mix all ingredients together until moist and well blended.

Put in cupcake cups and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Frost with icing

To make a layer cake, double the recipe and put in 2 cake pans.

Increase baking time to about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean.
