Take Milk In a heavy bottom pan.

Put on gas on high flame stair it properly.

Boil milk till becomes thicky on medium flame.

Add all copped dry fruits and mix it.

After 5 min added cream and stair continue.

Mix it for 2min add sugar and switch off gas.

Served in a bowl add Cardamom powder.

Cool in room temperature. Garnish with chopped coconut.

Now it's ready for freezing.

After 8-10 hours take it out cut and serve in a bowl.
