  • 1 1/4 cupgraham cracker
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 1Mix and Pat in a 9 inch pan bake 5 minutes at 375. Let cool.
  • 1Filling
  • 3-3 ounce packages cream cheese
  • 2Egg yolks
  • 2Egg whites
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspalmond
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1Rhine of one lemon
  • 1Topping
  • 1Cream 1 cup sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1Combine an add

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream cheese, add yolks, then sugar and flavoring fold in stiffly beaten whites. pour in shell. bake 10 minutes at 375.

    2. After 10 minutes. Take pie out, cool for about a couple of minutes and spread topping on it (do not dump it on). And bake for another 5 minutes at 375
