Ingredients

  1. 4 lbCostco pork shoulder
  2. 6Red potatoes
  3. 1 bunchBaby carrots
  4. 1 bunchButton Mushrooma
  5. 1Yellow Onion
  6. 1Dorot garlic cube
  7. 1Dorot basil cube
  8. 2 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspPepper
  10. 1 cupCheap red wine (the cheaper the better)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop potatoes into quarters, onion into quarters, mushrooms, add carrots and dump into that awesome crockpot

  2. 2

    Sear pork shoulder on high heat after rubbing salt and pepper on high heat. Place on top of veggies in crock pot

  3. 3

    Add dorot cubes, pour chicken broth over meat, then pour red wine over meat evenly
