Ingredients

45 mins

6 mediumpotatoes
1 canlump crab meat (drained)
2 cupsharp cheddar cheese (can add more)
1/2 cupmilk or heavy cream
4 tspbutter
1 pinchsalt and pepper to taste
1 cansmall cooked shrimp (drained)
3 dashold bay seasoning
1 1/2 cupsour cream

45 mins

Bake potatoes until soft, oven at 400°

Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out the meat. Be careful not to break bottom of shell.

Mix all remaining ingredients. Leave some cheese for topping.

Place potatoe mixture in shells and top with remaining cheese.

Place back in oven and let bake for 10-15 more mins until a lil browned on the top.
