Use a ripe mango. Peel it and cut into chunks. You can use sugar or honey to sweeten it(adjust to suit your taste). Put your whipping cream(or whatever you have) in a blender together with the mango chunks, your preferred sweetener, and water or sugar syrup. Blend it into a fine pulp.

Pour it in your glass(do not mind my whisky glass). You can add some ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate.
