1 cupPecan nuts chopped
1 cupBrown sugar
2/3 cupbutter melted
2 eacheggs
1/2 cupAll purpose flour

Pre heat the oven to 180°C

Mix all the ingredients together. The consistency should be like muffins- runny but not too runny

spoon out into mini muffin tray and bake for 15-20 mins
