Bite size apple baked goods

quick and easy to make ~ so yummy

I had heard about pies being made as single serve pies in muffin tins. I loved the idea, they are great for a party, holiday and then the big bonus is they can be frozen and also packed in lunches for work or school. I Adapted my full size apple crisp for these.!

These are not overly sweet, but they are fast and easy substitutes for homemade pecan pie!

First try they were great. ~(o.o)~

These are adorable and delicious. They remind me a bit of donut holes. Instead of coating them in the cinnamon sugar, you could fold in about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips right before baking. You can also make these as regular sized muffins...bake those for 17-20 minutes at the same temperature. Recipe adapted from : Sallysbakingaddiction.com

They were so good! Couldn't even tell they were gluten-free.
