400 gramsbak choy
2eggs
1 cupwater or stock
2deseeded chili pepper
seasoning
2 tbsplight soy sauce
2 tbspshao xing rice wine
1 dashsalt

in pan with oil quick saute ginger then addred chili pepper and bak choy

add egg in the middle then gently fold bak choy over eggs

add seasoning and add water / stock and simmer for 2 minute

off heat and serve immediately
