  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 6pork chops
  • 1 canEnglish peas
  • 5medium carrots, sliced
  • 4small onions, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 4medium potatoes, sliced

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    In large skillet, heat oil.

  2. 2

    Season pork chops, put in skillet and brown on both sides.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cover, reduce heat and simmer about 45 minutes or until chops are tender.

  5. 5

    ENJOY!!
