2 tbspolive oil
6pork chops
1 canEnglish peas
5medium carrots, sliced
4small onions, peeled and quartered
1/2 cupwater
2garlic cloves, minced
4medium potatoes, sliced

In large skillet, heat oil.

Season pork chops, put in skillet and brown on both sides.

Add remaining ingredients.

Cover, reduce heat and simmer about 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
