Paneer & kesar malpua
It's a very soft , tasty & crispy malpua
Steps

Sabse phele sugar, kesar or water add karke iska syrup bana le.

Jab syrup ban jaaye to last 30 sec before isme cardamom powder mix karein.

Ab mixure jar m maida & milk add karein or ache se mix karein ab paneer b add karein or paste banne tak mix karein.

Ab ek bowl m batter ko nikal le or isme saunf mix kar de.

Pan m oil garam karein

Ab ek tbsp batter ka le or pan ke center m daal de slow flame par isey light brown hone tak dono sides se fry karein.

Agar aapka pua pan m bikhar raha hai to 1 -2 spoon maida add karein or agar mota ban raha hai to milk add karein.

Malpue fry hone ke baad ise hot sugar syrup m daal de & after 30 mints inhe serving bowl m nilkal de.

Ab malpua ko pista & badam se garnish karein or serve karein tasty malpua.
