  1. oat flakes
  2. 1 1/2 cupmilk (or 1 cup water less tasty)
  3. 1 cupoat flakes

Cooking Instructions

    In a milk pot add the milk (or water) and the oat flakes and let it simmer for 2 min.

    For extra taste you can add honey / sugar with cinnamon or some berries and nuts.
