Sauté Kielbasa with chopped onion, garlic & Bell pepper in large skillet on medium heat till kielbasa Is heated through and Onion & Pepper soften...

Whip eggs well then add to skillet fold in with Kielbasa mixture until eggs cook...

Turn off heat and add your favorite shredded cheese put lid on skillet till cheese melts then serve...

I do this as a low(ish) carb dinner. I add some spicy brown mustard. Tasty & makes a bunch...leftovers are even better!
