This muffin is so easy to make and so simple in a period of time i used to make em multiple times a week~

Steps

Preheat oven to 180∘c/ 350∘F/ Gas Mark 4.

Fill a non-stick 6 holes muffin tin with 6 paper cases.

Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy and light.
- 4
Carefully add one egg and stir it in until the mixture is smooth. Do the same with the second egg.

Sieve the flour into the mixture in the bowl.

Add the milk and beat everything together until smooth.

Drop a big spoonful of the mixture into each of the 6 cases.

Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until it looks golden.

Enjoy while its still warm & the top still crispy! ;)
