Ingredients

1 cuproasted oats
1/2 cupblanched spinach
1/2 cupBoiled peas
1 tspginger garlic paste
2 tspspoon finely chopped green chillies
to tasteRed chilli powder according
1finely chopped onion
to tasteSalt
As neededOil for shallow fry

Steps

Add all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

Make croquettes (tikki) shape. Heat non stick pan. Place 3-4 croquettes at a time. Pour some oil.

Shallow fry them on slow flame until golden brown.

Serve hot with curd & tomato sauce.
