In a greased roasting dish lay the pork chop shapes in the bottom

On top lay out the sliced apple then add the sliced shallots

Add the sliced mushrooms on top and then sprinkle the salt and pepper all over then the BBQ seasoning on the top cover with foil

Cook on gas 5 or 175°C , for 45 minutes

Spoon the cooked mixture onto serving plates and serve with lovely new potatoes and asparagus. Nice with a sweet chutney. And a cooling cucumber and spring onion side salad.
