1/2 cupVegetable Oil
1 cupSugar
2Eggs, beaten
3Ripe Bananas, mashed
2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tspSalt
3 tbspMilk
1/2 cupChopped Walnuts

Pre-heat Oven to 350.

Grease and flour two bread pans.

Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and bananas and mix well.

Lastly add nuts if desired. You may omit them if you like.

Pour the mixture in the two pans.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
