Stuffed ham pockets

I had a little inspiration from Hot Pockets®, but I used my left over Christmas ham to make these tonight. Could also fill with sloppy Joe mix or pizza ingredients.

I had a little inspiration from Hot Pockets®, but I used my left over Christmas ham to make these tonight. Could also fill with sloppy Joe mix or pizza ingredients.

In a skillet, combine ham, garlic and butter. Saute for aprox. 5 minutes then add broccoli. Continue to saute for another 10 minutes.

Lay flat, two crescent rolls (still attached) and add a couple spoonfuls of sauted ham and broccoli. Top with cheese, salt and paper. Cover with 2 crescent rolls and pinch together the edges.

repeat step 2 until all rolls or ham mix is gone. It should make 4 "pockets".

Place on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven at 350°f for 10-12 minutes
