  1. 300 grammushroom
  2. Bell peppers (red,green, yellow) (diced)
  3. Tomato paste
  4. Fresh pepper (diced)
  5. Curry powder
  6. Seasoning
  7. Salt
  8. Garlic
  9. Onion (diced)
  10. Olive oil

  1. 1

    Boil mushroom for 3 minutes with little salt and seasoning the drain out water and set aside with diced vegetables

    Pour little olive oil in a pan and add the parboiled mushroom then stir fry for 2 minutes

    Add the tomato paste and stir

    Pour in the diced vegetables and onions and stir

    Add the garlic and curry powder with little water then stir and add little seasoning then allow to cook for 3 minutes
