Childhood favorite. My mom still makes these today, its good when you have leftover chicken and need a quick meal to just make this casadilla. I eat mine with louisana hotsauce. Yumm makes my mouth water.

Ingredients

2tortillas
1/2 cupcooked shredded chicken breast..chicken must be cooked, or use rotisserie chicken
1 1/2 tspsour cream
1/2 cuppepper jack cheese
1 tspbutter
salt

Steps

1

Place skillet on burner turn on medium
2

Mix in a bowl: cooked chicken,sour cream, cheese and butter, salt as needed

Put all the mixed ingredients between the 2 tortillas
4

Place on skillet, let each side get golden brown.

Then eat and enjoy
