4Aloo (boiled and mashed)
1 cupBesan
1 teaspoonTurmeric powder
1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
1 teaspoonCumin powder
1 cupOil

Take a bowl add potato then add besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt mix it well.

Take a maker Grease it with oil then put the dough in it.

Take a pan add oil then make bhujiya from the dough.

Fry till it crunchy.

Bhujiya is ready then sprinkle chaat masala mix it well.

Bikaneri aloo bhujiya is ready to serve.
