Ingredients

  • 500 gmeat
  • 4 cups(1kg)rice
  • 3big onions
  • 10cinnamon sticks
  • Handfulcumin
  • 2 tbspntomato pastes (opt)
  • 8 cwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat with salt

  2. 2

    Soak cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Fry onions

  4. 4

    Add cinnamon n stir until u HV a sweat cinnamon aroma

  5. 5

    Add in the soaked cumin seeds n stir

  6. 6

    Add meat n tomato paste,stir

  7. 7

    Add in the water bring to boil.

  8. 8

    Wash rice n add in.Let it simmer until well cooked.

  9. 9

    Serve with kachumbari n a PC of banana
