Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1 tspArarot powder
  2. 1 cupWater
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. 2-3 tspJaggery powder or lemon sized Jaggery
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the arrowroot powder with water, mix well.

    Let it boil in low flame by continuous stirring to avoid lumps.

    Add Jaggery powder or lemon sized Jaggery.

    Let it dissolves.

  5. 5

    When it starts thickening add milk.

    By stirring bring it to boil, add cardamom powder.

    While it boils, it becomes thick, turn off the flame.

  8. 8

    Allow it to cool, you can store it in fridge for chill also.

    Drink in cool the healthy drink.
