
Kale & carrot crisps with pomegranate

Preheat oven 160ºc

Wash kale thoroughly and de stem

Peel and thinly slice carrots

Mix oil&soy sauce in bowl

Add kale and carrots mix and rub in sauce well, leave to stand 5 mins

Prepare pomegranate
- 7
Add kale and carrots to foiled baking tray and bake 20 mins until soft and crispy.

Mix pomegranate, kale and carrots serve
- 9
Add 1-2 choped garlic cloves to carrot&kale mix if desired
