Found this on pinterest from better homes and gardens. But changed a few things to make it simpler. It turned out deliciously, and was served with mashed potatoes.

1butternut squash
1pork loin ( 1 1/2 - 2 lbs)
1 cancondensed french onion soup
1/2 cupapple sauce
1/2 tspnutmeg
1/2 tspground ginger
1 tbspgarlic powder
1salt and pepper to taste

Peel, remove seeds, and chunk up squash, placing it in the slow cooker.

Combine spices and rub over surface of the pork loin. Then place over squash.

Add in soup, water (according to can instructions), and applesauce over everything.

Cook on low 4 - 5 hours.
