  2. 2plantain

  4. Green bell pepper
  5. Red bell pepper
  6. Red pepper
  7. Onions
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and add salt to plantain then fry plantain

  2. 2

    Mix the egg and all the diced pepper and onions together and add salt and maggi

  3. 3

    Pour the egg into a greased pan and add the plantain on top.

  4. 4

    Then cover it until the egg is set

  5. 5

    Please reduce the heat of your gas when cooking this
