Place large pot over medium high heat. Add oil, butter, veg, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add floor to pan and cook 2 minutes.

Stir in stock and bring to boil. Add chicken and stir. Cook a couple of minutes.

Combine bisquick and milk and drop by biscuit size into the pot.

Cook 10 minutes open, then 10 minutes closed, or until cooked.
