Ingredients

  1. 200 grmspaneer
  2. 2 tablespoonpoppy seeds
  3. 2 tablespoonkaju kishmish paste
  4. 1 cupwarm milk
  5. 2 tablespoonbutter
  6. 1 teaspoonwhole jeera
  7. 2dry red chilli whole
  8. 1 tablespoongreen chilli paste
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil fir frying

  1. 1

    Cut the paneer into cubes and soak into warm milk with sugar

  2. 2

    Make a fine paste of the poppy seeds

  3. 3

    Heat a pan add butter and fry the paneer cubes taking out of the milk.soak again.

  4. 4

    Now add oil in the same pan and tamper the whole jeera and dry chilli.

  5. 5

    Now add the poppy seeds paste and kaju kishmish paste,saute for a minute or two.

  6. 6

    Add green chilli paste and salt,mix well

  7. 7

    Now add the paneer cubes mix well.

  8. 8

    Add the milk and cover it for free minutes

  9. 9

    Serve it with paratha or naan.
