  • 600 gramssugar
  • 1 literschnaps

  1. 1

    In a big jar (3 liter) add layers of cherries and sugar.

  2. 2

    Pour over with schnaps.

  3. 3

    Put a lid on the jar and keep it in a sunny place for a month.

  4. 4

    Strain to bottles. Cherries can be eaten or added to an alcoholic cake.
