In a food processor add the chicken cubes,onion,salt,black pepper powder,brown bread pieces,egg white,basil(Tulsi) leaves,olive oil,walnuts,garlic cloves,mint leaves,green chillies & lemon juice.blend to paste.

Transfer in a mixing bowl. Add chopped carrots & make firm dough.

Soak wooden sticks in water for 5-7 mints. Remove the sticks from water
Preheat oven to 180 degrees & grease a baking tray. - 4
Apply little beat of oil in ur palms and divide the mixture in to equal lemon size balls. Spread each portion on the skewer like seekh kabab.

Place in the greased baking tray.brush lil beat of oil on top. Bake for 10-12 mints or until golden brown.

Garnish with spring onions
