1 cupwhite or brown sugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspginger
1/2 tspnutmeg
2 tspcinnamon
1 canevaporated milk
1 (9 inch)unbaked pastry shell

Bake in hot oven (425 F) 15 minutes

Reduce temperature to moderate (350 F) and continue backing for 45 minutes or until knife inserted n center comes out clean
