Cooker mein oil garam karein usme hing, jeera, mathi, Kllonji daal kar tdka le.

Ab usme ginger saute karein or tomato paste saute karein sabhi masala salt,Kasoori mathi milaye or oil chutney tak saute karein.

Ab usme metter saute karein aaloo milaye bhune ab jarurat ke hisab se paani daale or cooker ki leed band karein.

1vishal aane per 10...15 minute sim gas par pakayein.

Ab sabji taiyar hai chopped coriander or garam masala daal kar serve karein.
