Ingredients

45 mins
  • 1/2 lbbay scollops
  • 1/2 lbmedium shrimp
  • 1/2 lbchowder fish
  • 1 canchopped clams
  • 1 cancrab meat
  • 1/2 cupgreen onion
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 cancorn (don't drain)
  • 1 cupchopped potatoes
  • 2 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 cupchopped carrots
  • 26 ozcan condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tspparsley
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspcayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 1/2 cup milk, garlic, and cream cheese together in a large pot. Mix together until blended.

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients EXCEPT THE SEAFOOD. Cover and simmer 25 minutes *do not boil*

  3. 3

    Add the seafood and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes or until all the seafood is cooked.
