Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesCrushed Coffee Biscuits
  2. 1/2 cupCoconut
  3. 250 gramsButter
  4. 2 tspLemon Rind
  5. 1/2 canCondensed Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt condensed milk and butter until bubbling (3min in microwave), add rind, coconut and biscuit.

  2. 2

    Spread into tray, pat down well and ice, sprinkle with coconut.

  3. 3

    Icing: Small piece of butter melted, Tbsp lemon juice, milk and icing sugar
