  • 5Chicken Breasts, cut
  • 1 cupPacked Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cupVinegar
  • 1/4 cupSprite or 7-up Soda
  • 3 tbspMinced Garlic
  • 2 tbspSoy Sauce
  • 1 tspCayenne

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chicken in crock pot.

  2. 2

    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.

  4. 4

    Serve over rice or noodles.
