Marinate the mutton with dahi, pepper and required salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes

Take 2 tbsp of Saffola oil in the pressure cooker

Put Bay leaf as the oil gets hot. Now add the ginger and garlic paste

Add a little water so that the masala doesn’t get burnt

As it well sautéed add the marinated Mutton. Stir it well and let it cook under pressure for about 15 to 20 minutes in medium flame

When done open the cooker add slit green chillies and powdered garam masala.

Boil for a minute and serve. Decorate with fresh herbs
