1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 tbsplemon juice
2egg yolk
to tasteSalt
1 tbspblackpepper

Wash leg piece.add lemon juice.

Take a bowl add egg beat well now add ginger garlic paste refined flour salt black pepper mix all well.

Now add leg piece rest for half hr.

Take a bowl make a thick paste of refined flour dip leg piece and deep fry it.

Chop green onions garnish after fry.serve hot.
