Ingredients

  • 1 kgwheat flour all purpose
  • 1&1/2 table spoon baking powder
  • 1greated lemon (cover)
  • 6 table spoonsugar
  • 70 mlcooking oil
  • 1/2 litrewater boiled with ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add the boiled water to the ingredients

  3. 3

    Knead dough to soft

  4. 4

    Roll out and cut into desired shapes

  5. 5

    Deep fry in oil until it turns golden brown on all sides

  6. 6

    Drain and serve warm.
