1 kgwheat flour all purpose
1&1/2 table spoon baking powder
1greated lemon (cover)
6 table spoonsugar
70 mlcooking oil
1/2 litrewater boiled with ginger

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together

Add the boiled water to the ingredients
3

Knead dough to soft
4

Roll out and cut into desired shapes
5

Deep fry in oil until it turns golden brown on all sides
6

Drain and serve warm.
