  1. 4 lbbeef brisket
  2. 1/2 cupbeef stock or broth
  3. 2small bay leaves broke in halfs
  4. 1 canwhole cranberry sauce
  5. 1 envelopeonion or beefy onion soup mix

  1. 1

    Mix sauce, broth and soup mix until paste like. Add leaves. Next place brisket in a roaster bag in pan. Pour paste on top and shake bag a little to be sure it's covered. Bake in oven at 350 an 1 1/2 hour or in crock pot for 6 hours
