This is more of a dessert since it's sweet. But you can half the sugars and eat with dinner too.

Preheat oven to 350.

Place potatoes in mixing bowl and mash well
- 3
Add all other ingredients except pecans and marshmallows.

Pour into sprayed 9 x 13 pan.

Sprinkle top with pecans then marshmallows.

Bake for 35 minutes.

For a crispy type top cook for 25 minutes then add mixture of 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp flour to pecans and marshmallows then top and bake the additional 10 minutes.
