Ingredients

  1. Original Ingredients
  2. 10 ozFrozen Chopped Spinach
  3. 1/3 cupParmesan Cheese
  4. 4 ozFeta Cheese Crumbles
  5. 1/2 cupGreen Onion (finely chopped)
  6. 1/2 cupFresh Parsley (chopped)
  7. 24 largeMushrooms (caps only)
  8. Optional Add Ins:
  9. 1/4 cupCanned Articokes (chopped)
  10. 3 tbspBacon (cooked and crumbled)

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Cook frozen spinach in a bowl for 3 minutes on high.

  2. 2

    Drain VERY well and squeeze oit. Return to bowl.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients and any optional ones at once.

  4. 4

    Mix together VERY well. Then fill mushroom caps.

  5. 5

    Place in microwave safe bowl or container side by side, do not stack.

  6. 6

    Cover container with Saran.

  7. 7

    Microwave on high 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove Saran as it may release hot steam. Serve hot!
